Happy New Year! We had some friends over to help us ring in the new year. It was a lot of fun. And last weekend, we went to Sea World and met up with Bob's niece, Kathy, and nephew, Tim, and their father Tim. We had a great time, although it was very cold.

And what do you do when it's 31 degrees outside? Make a mess, as Glenn says. We brought all the pillows and a huge soft horse into the living room, blankets, and just rolled all over them. The kids loved it.

Message from Santa

I heard from a friend about a website where you can put in info about your child, their picture, what they are getting for Christmas, and what they did well this year (to be good). Then Santa comes up and talks to the child. Glenn was mesmerized! He was surprised he knew how old he was and what he wanted and how he knew he was a good boy. It was cute. Their Nana and Papa gave them these cute train sweaters and matching shirts. On a cold Sunday (yes, it does occasionally get cold here, although it was 84 yesterday), they wore them to church.
