I'm finally getting pictures from my sister's wedding on here. But before I get to that, I wanted to say that we had a great time today. Glenn and Bob carved a pumpkin. Glenn played in his soccer game this morning. He really didn't want to because he likes practice more than games. But he had a few good kicks today. Usually he stays far away from the ball. But he went after it a couple times and got to kick it in from the side lines. Glenn loved trick-or-treating. He even loved handing out candy more. We sat outside after we were done trick or treating and he went crazy every time someone came up our driveway. I'll have picture from today later.

Here's the pictures from the wedding:

Glenn loved the camera on the table for people to take pictures of the reception. Unfortunately, there will be a lot of pictures of the DJ.

We took this photo just before the boys went home with Bob's parents, so they weren't exactly happy about getting a picture taken:

Halloween Party

Our friends down the street have a disco Halloween party every year. They had it tonight and the boys had a blast. There were spider peanut butter crackers (that's what we brought), chili, graveyard dip, kitten cupcakes, and other fun treats. Near the end of the party, they turn off the lights, have flashing lights synchronized to the music, and a disco ball. Both boys danced the night away. Glenn was always looking to other kids for cues on dance moves. And surprisingly, Alexander danced non-stop. He was so cute. He was the cutest little monster on the dance floor. He was hopping, clapping, bouncing, and singing. Glenn tried to catch the light from the disco ball. They had so much fun. Glenn was hard to dress this year since he doesn't like to wear costumes. The hat didn't last long, but that's okay. I didn't expect it to last. He was so happy to be the green crayon-- it had to be green. :)

First round of CT Pics

Below are the first round of pictures from CT. I'll add the wedding pictures later. We took over 100 pictures up there, but not one of the fall foliage. :( At least I got to see it. Glenn loved the fall colors and got so excited when he saw the leaves falling. Last year around this time, he learned a song about the leaves falling and fall colors, so it was fun for him to actually see it. I still haven't unpacked even though we got home on Monday night. I've been busy making Glenn's Halloween costume and had to make a shirt for a friend that she's going to wear for Halloween. Alexander is back to his routine, but unfortunately Glenn is having his post travel nightmares again. He was up for 2 1/2 hours last night, poor guy. So, I let him sleep in until 8 and took him to school a little late. Hopefully tonight will be a better night.

The first pictures are from the rehearsal dinner (for my sister's wedding).

Glenn was dressed up for the occasion, but wouldn't take off his fleece, he has a thing for jackets.

The rest of the pictures are from when we went to Pumpkintown in East Hampton with my parents and brother.

Aren't they cute holding hands?

Glenn's favorite part was jumping on the tubes:

I could not get a good picture of the boys in the pumpkins, they were not cooperating. I thought this one was pretty funny, though:

It was just not Zander's day. He fell 3 times today. He fell on the ceramic tile shortly after he got up and split his lip. Then we were playing in the tennis courts, and he was kicking a ball, tripped and scraped his forehead. It looks like a bruise is forming, too. Then at the playground after dinner, he fell again on the sidewalk and scraped his knuckle. I felt so bad for him. I'm thinking he had a growth spurt and is off balance because of it. I also got his hair cut today. It was down into his eyes, so we had to do it. I actually took him somewhere to get it cut. He screamed the whole time. She got it too short on one side in the front, and it's probably because he was moving so much. Here are the before and after pictures, and you can see his boo-boos, too. Bob and I miss the shagginess of his hair. And looking at the picture, it looks like the front isn't straight at all. I'll have to look at it again in the morning.

Bob replaced the tubes in my bike tires, so I finally got to ride to school today. Alexander road in the trailer this afternoon to pick Glenn up and when we got home, I wanted a picture. They are really snug in there. Alexander was happy until we got home and just before I took a picture, he started crying because the neighbor started mowing the lawn. But Glenn was willing to pose for the picture:

And here's one more picture of Glenn playing in his police hat. He kept telling me which way I needed to walk when I was walking around the house. He's so cute:

Alexander has been signing. I've been showing him a baby sign language video pretty much every day after lunch. He loves watching them. And we use sign language when we're talking to him. When Glenn was delayed in his speech, it was recommended so that he could tell us what he was thinking. And the words he was signing ended up being the first words he spoke. It's so cute to watch Alexander sign, and he gets so excited because he knows we know what he is thinking and he is so proud of himself. He also says "I did it!" It's not completely clear, but we know that's what he's saying because he'll repeat his brother when he says it.

We got the boys' Halloween costumes today. I got an Elmo costume for Alexander from a friend. It fits him perfectly, he loves it, and he's so cute. Glenn is going to be a green crayon. I saw it in a magazine, and we got the stuff to make it tonight. I just hope he wears it. He said he was going to be a doctor, and we already have a doctor costume. But when I tried him on him, he freaked out. He has been talking about the crayon costume since I showed it to him a week ago. So, hopefully he'll wear it.

Here are a couple pictures. The first is of the boys at Disney just showing how much they love each other.

Bob brought out Glenn's Jaguar's jersey during a Jag's game, but he didn't want to wear it. So Bob put it on Alexander.
